This vibration plate machine has been a total game-changer for my fitness routine! It’s compact, easy to use, and surprisingly powerful. I love that I can get in a solid workout or stretch session in just 10–15 minutes. I wanted to try a vibration plate but didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I have a lot of pain in my hips after sitting or walking and use this to help reduce my pain. I spend 2-5 sessions on the plate every day for relaxation, lymph drainage and reducing pain.
The fist thing I noticed when I got on the plate is I became very dizzy. I decided to sit for the first few sessions to help my brain catch up with my body. It worked!!! It took about 3 days of sitting before I was able to stand without being dizzy. The next thing I noticed was a tightness in my chest and neck like I was holding my breath. Each time I got on I felt that area let go a little and after 2 weeks, no more tightness. I guess I didn’t realize where I had been holding tension until I got on the vibration plate.
